CrossCut production logo

This is the final finished logo that we use for our trailer. We used LiveType to create the animation for the logo.

We thought CrossCut was a good name because it fits in well with the trailer. The animations used for the logo also add an extra something to the film.

Music

We chose to use Garageband to make the music for the trailer. I have used this software before so I know my way around Garageband and do know how to create music effectively. It is very easy to use which means we had more time to create other things.

The music that we create gives off a creepy feel. It is meant to tie in with the theme of our trailier which is a thriller/horror. I think that it does this well and it adds an extra feel to the trailer.

To create an animated logo I used LiveType. LiveType allowed me to set specific animations on my chosen text. The animation that I added made sure that the company logo for 'CrossCut' blended in with our genre on our film trailer.
